Qualifications

• Masters degree required for the First Year Experience course facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Leadership training, advising and development of residential staff.
• Day‑to‑day management of a 250‑student residential community and 9–14 student staff.
• On‑call and crisis response rotation; professional and emergency coverage responsibilities.
