About the Role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay. You'll lead a dedicated team, oversee daily operations, and step into the Housekeeping Manager's shoes when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervisory Skills: Manage daily operations, including inspections and reporting to ensure standards and productivity levels are met.
  2. Communication and Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants. Provide training and support to foster a positive work environment.
  3. Safety and Compliance: Handle "Lost and Found" items with care and integrity. Maintain key control and ensure safety standards are met. Manage access to sensitive areas, including master keys, guestrooms, storage, and secured files.
  4. Sanitation and Cleanliness: Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
