About Us

The Front Desk Agent is a key contributor to our guest experience, providing excellent customer service and communication to ensure a seamless and inviting stay. This role involves managing guest interactions and maintaining efficient front desk operations.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service with a friendly and professional demeanor, enhancing guest satisfaction.
  • Communication: Clearly convey information, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Quickly evaluate situations and determine appropriate solutions for guest concerns.
  • Multitasking: Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
  • Financial Skills: Understand and work with financial information, performing basic arithmetic as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hotel or related experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
