Key Responsibilities :

• Guest Services : Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM), assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.
• Night Audit : Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing.
• Security : Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
• Reporting : Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
• Collaboration : Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.

What We're Looking For :

• Experience : 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Education : High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• Skills : Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing. Strong problem-solving skills and independence.
• Attributes : Friendly, service-oriented, with excellent communication and detail-oriented.
