Job Description

Position Title: Residence Housekeeper

Department: Governor's Residence - Boettcher Mansion

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Note: Part-time position, 20 hours/week.

Work Schedule: Tuesdays through Fridays, with occasional evenings and weekends.

Organizational Relationships: Reports to the Residence Director, part of the Governor’s Residence team. No supervisory duties.

Expected Travel: None

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all public and service areas of the Main House
• Provide housekeeping services to private quarters
• Dust, clean windows, sweep, mop, vacuum, sanitize bathrooms
• Support event preparation, including dishwashing and cleaning kitchens and pantries
• Perform deep cleaning and special projects, including commercial kitchen equipment

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years professional housekeeping experience, including 2 years of supervisory or independent work.
