Job summary

UWSP University of Wisconsin Stevens Point invites applications for a Residence Hall Association Executive Board Member (Student Hourly Job). The role supports campus leadership in the designated residence hall, with a maximum of 20 hours per week during semesters and a room waiver for a single room for 2026‑2027.

Compensation includes $400 for the first two semesters and $450 for subsequent semesters, with meal plan considerations and eligibility for university vehicle driver duties.

Qualifications

• Must be a current UWSP student living in the designated residence hall.
• Maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
• Pass background and related checks; obtain advisor approval for outside activities.

Responsibilities

• Attend Fall and Spring RHA Executive Board Training Workshops.
• Attend Spring Semester transitional workshop.
• Drive university vehicles for program deliveries and travel.
• Serve as Campus Security Authority and report incidents as required by policy.
• Model positive behavior and maintain residency in the designated hall.
