Position Summary | The primary function of this position is to create safe, comfortable, inclusive, and thriving communities that focus on student learning. As an integral member of the team, Residence Hall Directors are full-time, exempt, live-in professionals who oversee one or more residence halls housing up to 1,000 residents. Special emphasis is placed on shaping the residential experience by facilitating the residential curriculum within their communities, as well as supervising various levels of student staff, advising student groups, and supporting desk operations. The incumbent will be an active and engaged member of the department who is committed to growth and high-quality work. |
