Position Summary
The Residence Director is a live-in employee who promotes and enhances a supportive community environment in his/her residence area, which is conducive to academic achievement and personal growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or related field, and the ability to transfer theory into practice. Previous experience within a residence hall setting. Crisis management, supervisory, community development, and programming experience are also a preference.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to walk and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
