Job summary

Pathways, Inc. is hiring a Residence Counselor in Corning, NY, with locations in Corning, Painted Post and Elmira.

You will support adults with developmental disabilities, help implement individual plans, facilitate community activities, and assist with daily living, transportation, and health needs. The role offers competitive pay ($18.02–$20.60/hour for IRA House and $19.02–$21.63/hour for ICF House), a $1,500–$2,000 sign-on bonus, strong benefits, and 28 days of PTO in the first year.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; strong communication skills essential.
• Prefer at least one year in developmental disabilities or related field.
• Valid driver's license with insurability to operate Agency vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized programs and support community integration.
• Assist with daily living skills, money management, transportation and health needs.
• Collaborate with the Service Planning Team to ensure services meet needs and choices.
