The Opportunity:

The Four Seasons Residence Club Scottsdale is in search of a dynamic leader to join the team as Residence Club Front Desk Assistant Manager. This position will focus on the Front Desk and Guest Services operations of the Residence Club, assisting owners and guests. You will be the point of contact for daily operational needs, including answering questions related to the Four Seasons interval and fractional ownership, maintaining high guest satisfaction.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the front desk and guest services staff
  • Interviewing, training, scheduling staff, and conducting performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
  • Coordinating arrivals, departures, and supporting related departments
  • Assisting Owner Services with room blocks and resolving discrepancies
  • Reviewing daily arrivals to ensure proper handling of special guests and groups
  • Ensuring all financial and credit procedures are followed
  • Driving the product and service quality of the Residence Club to its highest potential
  • Communicating with Owner Services, housekeeping, restaurant, and resort teams for up-to-date information
  • Taking action on safety, security, satisfaction, and well-being of guests and staff when senior managers are unavailable
  • Acting as MOD on duty and assisting with other departmental duties as needed
  • Managing, coaching, and counseling front office staff
  • Previous hotel/resort management experience required; luxury hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 10 hours per shift
