Education First in New York seeks a live-in Building Advisor to work in the same student residence, with safeguarding at the centre of every duty. The role requires maturity, reliability and strong people skills, as you will be a trusted adult in students' daily life away from home.

This is a part-time, fixed-term position for one year with the option to reapply, offering real responsibility and opportunities for progression.

This is a live-in role in an under-18 or over - 18 student residence. You will be based on the same Building as your assigned students, and safeguarding sits at the centre of everything you do. It is a role that comes with real responsibility; you are a trusted adult in the daily life of students who are away from home, often for the first time, and it suits someone who is mature, reliable, and genuinely good with people.
