Resetter/Auditor { GA, Ringgold}

Location: GA, Dalton

At Five Star Food Service, the field auditor will assist and support the branch management and administrative team with various tasks to maintain and improve customer and employee relations. Responsibilities focus on timely, accurate reporting. You will support local branch management with information and decision-making processes, interfacing with the corporate office and customer locations to provide accurate details as needed.

Responsibilities include

• High regard for customer service and employee relations.
• Respond to field requests from Maintenance on market and vending issues.
• Coordinate and support Retail Team Management on projects.
• Track and maintain reporting for the Retail Management Team.
• Data entry into spreadsheets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to manage, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment; multitasking skills essential.
• Experience managing multi-phone line systems.
• Support customer calls and resolve issues promptly.
• Organize and manage multiple processes and projects.
• Work independently with limited supervision.
• Analyze data, formulate solutions, and present results to management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs+ repeatedly, reach, bend, and stoop regularly.
• Consent to drug screening and background check.
• Ability to sit or stand for an 8-hour shift.
