Acosta Sales & Marketing is seeking a Reset Merchandiser to support a leading Northeast grocery retailer in Paramus, NJ. Join a dependable team performing plan-o-grams resets, shelf replenishment, and signage updates in a fast-paced store environment.

Part-time position with consistent weekday hours; multiple shift options (Mon-Thu 8AM-3:30PM or Mon-Fri 8AM-3:30PM) and opportunities to gain hands-on merchandising experience while working safely with store teams.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and using plan-o-grams is required.
• Grocery reset experience is preferred.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Comfortable using smartphones and technology apps.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between store locations.

Responsibilities

• Read and implement plan-o-grams to complete resets and remodels accurately.
• Move and clean shelving, install fixtures, and merchandise products properly.
• Place shelf tags and strips correctly while maintaining plan-o-gram standards.
• Process restocks, reorders, and pack-outs.
• Partner with store teams to complete projects efficiently.
• Communicate observations to leadership and use web-based scheduling tools.

What Will You Do?

• Read and implement plan-o-grams to complete resets and remodels accurately

Experience & Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between store locations
• Experience reading and using plan-o-grams required
• Grocery reset experience preferred
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Comfortable using smartphones and technology applications
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability or willingness to use basic hand tools and equipment
• Ability to safely use ladders and step stools as needed
