Job summary

COUNTRY Financial is seeking an Actuarial Reserving Analyst to support monthly storm reserve analysis, quarterly reserve analyses across all lines, loss development studies, and advanced research. You will perform deep-dive analyses, interpret emerging loss trends, partner closely with Claims and Finance, and contribute to refining methodologies and assumptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of P&C actuarial experience.
• Successful progress toward ACAS (3-6 exams preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supports monthly storm reserve analysis and quarterly reserve analyses across all lines.
• Performs loss development studies and advanced actuarial research.
• Interprets emerging loss trends and communicates results to management.
• Partners with Claims and Finance to refine methodologies and assumptions.
• Participates in the actuarial exam program with dedicated study time.
