The Actuarial Reserving Analyst supports monthly storm reserve analysis, quarterly reserve analyses across all lines, loss development studies, and advanced research across multiple P&C lines. This role performs deep-dive actuarial analyses, interprets emerging loss trends, partners closely with Claims and Finance, and contributes to the refinement of methodologies and assumptions. The position is part of the actuarial exam program and includes dedicated study time.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related field. Must have 3+ years of P&C actuarial experience. Successful progress toward ACAS (3-6 exams preferred).
Base Pay Range: $91,600-$125,950. The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience. Incentive Pay: In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.

COUNTRY is headquartered in Bloomington, IL and offers hybrid, onsite and remote opportunities. If you're based at our Bloomington, IL corporate office, you'll enjoy a hybrid work schedule - three days in the office and two days working remotely. For roles posted as remote, candidates who live more than 50 miles from Bloomington, IL may qualify for a fully remote arrangement.
