Shaner Group's Reserve Coffee Shop is seeking a friendly Barista to deliver high-quality beverages and exceptional guest service. You will prepare espresso-based drinks, maintain cleanliness, and ensure accurate order processing while adhering to sanitation standards.

The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent, basic arithmetic, and at least one year in guest service; English is required and Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English, Spanish is a plus.
• One year experience in guest service.
• Ability to provide legible communication.
• Ability to do basic arithmetic.
• Previous guest relations training.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the setup, service, maintenance, and breakdown of the Reserve Shop.
• Prepares and serves well-crafted specialty coffee drinks and other beverages.
• Maintains organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• The Reserve Barista represents the brand and the culture of an establishment, providing clients with professional and friendly service.
