Waldorf Astoria is seeking a Part-Time Reservations Sales Agent to join our team in Chicago's Gold Coast!

Recognized as one of the Best Hotels in the World and in Chicago, with the Top Hotel Spa in the U.S., the AAA-Five-Diamond, Forbes 4-Star Waldorf Astoria Chicago is located in the prestigious Gold Coast neighborhood, near Oak Street retailers, beaches, Rush Street restaurants and nightlife, and The Magnificent Mile. This luxury hotel features 215 rooms, over 5,000 sq ft of meeting space, and four food and beverage outlets, including a restaurant, two bars, and in-room dining.

Shift: Various – open availability required, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: $23.50 per hour, based on experience and location.

What Will I Be Doing?

As a Reservations Sales Agent, you will play a key role in driving revenue and guest satisfaction by promoting hotel rooms, suites, and additional services. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Presenting, promoting, and selling hotel rooms and services using extensive product knowledge.
  2. Adhering to Forbes Five Star Travel Guide standards.
  3. Maintaining a thorough understanding of hotel facilities and processes.
  4. Generating reports as needed.
  5. Auditing OnQ PM for reservation accuracy, special requests, coding issues, and billing requirements.
