Job summary

Goldener Hirsch Inn, part of Auberge Collection, in Park City, Utah, seeks a Reservations Sales Agent to curate bespoke reservation experiences for discerning guests with grace and sophistication.

You will manage guest communications, input detailed guest histories, and stay up-to-date on resort offerings, packages, and events to ensure a seamless guest journey and memorable stays at the luxury property.

Qualifications

• Two years in a hospitality, spa, or reservations position.
• Ability to create professional business letter correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Input guest contact information to create a personalized reservations record.
• Respond to inquiries about room reservations, availability, pricing, and offers.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of resort facilities, accommodations, packages, spa offerings, and local events.
• Assist in resolving guest challenges and coordinate with other departments to ensure follow-through.
• Ensure billing and financial transactions are accurate and efficient on behalf of guests.
• Upsell resort services and offerings by educating guests about available amenities.

In this transcendent role, you will serve as the enchanting gateway to our world of opulence, seamlessly curating reservations for our discerning guests with grace and sophistication. Your commitment to excellence will manifest in personalized interactions, ensuring that each reservation reflects the epitome of luxury and anticipates the unique desires of our esteemed clientele. As a luminary in the art of hospitality, you will embody the essence of our resort's commitment to unparalleled service, transforming reservations into enchanting preludes to unforgettable stays. • Creating a genuine, informative, and personalized guest resort reservations experience by accurately inputting guest contact information. Adding information to guest history such as; previous stay experience, special occasions, preferences, and other pertinent information.
• Responding to guests’ inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, general questions about accommodations, pricing, and special offers.
• Maintaining complete knowledge of the resorts and other information including the following:
  • All resort facilities/services offered and hours of operation
  • All accommodations, layout, décor, attributes and locations
  • All studio rates, special packages and promotions
  • All spa treatments and offerings, their benefits and costs
  • Daily stats, including availability
  • Entertainment/special events scheduled on property and in the area
  • Directions to the resort from airports and other major landmarks
  • General info, descriptions and directions for local services, restaurants, wineries and points of interests.
• Assisting and ensuring effective guest challenge resolution. Working closely with fellow guest service team members and other departments to resolve any challenges; ensure follow-through and exceed guest expectations when possible.
• Ensuring that all billing and financial transactions are accurately and efficiently executed on behalf of guests.
• Upselling services and offerings as appropriate, ensuring that each guest is fully educated about the resorts’ offerings.

Qualifications

• Two years in a hospitality, spa, or reservations position, preferably at a luxury resort.
• Ability to create professional business letter correspondence.
• Must possess gracious people and sales skills, excellent phone manner and ability to engage in a positive manner with each and every guest.
• Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.
