Saddlebrook Resort in Tampa, FL is seeking a friendly Reservations Agent to welcome guests from around the world and book their stays. You will manage reservations for all resort accommodations, verify details, and relay requests to relevant departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. English/Spanish bilingual preferred.

The Reservation teams play an integral role in ensuring that each of our guests has an exceptional experience while planning their visit. They must also be knowledgeable on providing accurate information to our guests on room packages, special promotions at the resort, and special events going on during their stay.
