DogiZone in Rockville, MD is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to convert inbound inquiries into long-term client relationships for our luxury dog resort. This in-person role focuses on showcasing our facility and tailoring care packages that meet each dog’s needs, while building trust with pet parents.

You will respond quickly to inquiries, guide tours of our facility, and drive bookings through exceptional service and CRM-driven follow-ups.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of consultative sales or high-end customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm, empathetic, and persuasive style.

We’re looking for a warm, dynamic, and customer-obsessed Inside Sales Representative to serve as the face and voice of our resort. In this role, you’ll turn inbound inquiries into long-term client relationships and help pet parents curate the ultimate care packages for their furry family members.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Connect with Warm Leads: Promptly respond to inbound phone calls and email inquiries from pet parents looking for high-quality care solutions.
• Showcase Our Facility: Lead engaging, personalized tours of our state-of-the-art facility for prospective clients and their dogs.
• Consult & Customize: Match each dog’s unique personality and needs with our core offerings—luxury boarding, daycare, training, grooming, and transport.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Manage client accounts, build ongoing trust, and drive repeat bookings through exceptional service.
• Stay Organized: Maintain accurate booking records, customer profiles, and reservation details using our management software.
