Job summary

U-Haul in Toms River, New Jersey is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to support customers and field teams by placing reservations and coordinating equipment distribution in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a high school diploma, strong customer service and multitasking abilities, and proficiency with office equipment, Word, and email; the compensation ranges from $16.50 to $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven customer service, time management and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with basic office equipment and email is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers and manage reservations.
• Support field teams and dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Direct incoming customers’ equipment to areas based on demand and productivity.
• Review reports to ensure equipment availability and accurate reservations.

Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities:

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers’ equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
