Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Reservations Manager Agent in Elmwood Park, NJ to join a dynamic team. You will support customers, field staff and dealerships with reservation placement and equipment distribution, ensuring accurate availability and responsive service in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, solid customer service, and multitasking, with opportunities for advancement. Compensation is $22 per hour with weekends-only shifts and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Since 1945, U-Haul has been serving do-it-yourself movers and their households. Like many other successful ventures, the concept for U-Haul was generated out of need.
