Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to support customers and dealerships with equipment reservation placement and distribution in a fast-paced environment. You will balance regional inventory and assist with U-Box storage products.

The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service excellence, and a flexible, part-time schedule at our Tukwila location. Growth opportunities and employee benefits are highlighted in the program materials.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Since 1945, U-Haul has been serving do-it-yourself movers and their households. Like many other successful ventures, the concept for U-Haul was generated out of need.
