U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent in Lewisville, TX to support customers and field teams with equipment reservations and placement.

Responsibilities include directing equipment to meet demand, reviewing reports for accurate reservations, and assisting with U-Box storage products. The role demands strong customer service, time management, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Direct incoming customers’ equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory levels.
