Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent in Spartanburg, SC, to support customers, field teams, and dealerships with reservation management and equipment placement. The role emphasizes teamwork, fast-paced support, and accurate inventory balancing to meet demand.

Under the Traffic Control Manager, you will review reports, coordinate reservations, and assist with the U-Box product. A high school diploma and strong phone/office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers’ equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status in order to balance regional inventory levels.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, reservations and contracts to support availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities:

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers’ equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
