Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent in Frederick, MD to deliver outstanding customer service and support field teams with equipment and reservation management. This fast-paced role requires multitasking, strong time management, and proficient use of office tools.

You will assist customers, direct equipment flow to meet demand, and help balance regional inventory while collaborating with U-Haul dealerships. This position emphasizes reliability and team-oriented service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven customer service, time management, and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Experience with office software and email is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inbound and outbound customer calls.

Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities:

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers’ equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
