Job summary

Amazon's Prime Video International Consumer Insights team in Miami is seeking a Spanish-speaking Researcher to lead content research across LATCANZ, bridging creative leadership and audiences.

You will manage end-to-end title-level research from ideation through editorial testing to post-launch feedback, collaborating with MGM Studios, Marketing, Data Science and Finance to ensure insights drive decisions about what audiences watch next.

Qualifications

  • Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience analyzing large datasets and communicating findings to stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
  • Demonstrate applied knowledge across the core phases of the market research cycle: awareness, targeting, acquisition and retention.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish.

Are you passionate about entertainment and obsessed with understanding what makes audiences click play? The International Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios Consumer Insights team is looking for a highly motivated, Spanish-speaking Researcher to lead content research across LATCANZ (Latin America, Canada, Australia & New Zealand), based in Miami. You'll be the bridge between our creative leaders and our customers, helping shape what the world watches next.


You'll lead title-level research end-to-end across the content lifecycle: from early-stage ideation, through editorial testing, to post-launch feedback. You'll work closely with Amazon MGM Studios, Marketing, Programming, Data Science, and Finance, always representing the voice of the customer. This role is focused on content research, evaluating and optimizing our programming through audience insight, rather than product or UX research.

Basic Qualifications


  • Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration

  • Knowledge of the television and media industry

  • Experience leading different types of viewer studies such as episode testing, dial testing, concept testing etc

  • Experience leading studies across various methodologies: online quant surveys, focus groups, 1:1, ethnos, online qual, mobile

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including
