Job summary

The University of Alabama at Birmingham, Epidemiology, is seeking a Part-Time Researcher I to join our team. Under direct supervision, you will perform varied support functions in a research laboratory, maintain equipment, manage the computer database, and oversee lab supplies.

Position Summary

General Responsibilities

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Hourly Range

$15.00- $ 19.66

Qualifications

Associate's degree in related field OR High School diploma or GED and two (2) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.

Preferences

• Medical research experience and a background in applied science, nursing, or psychology, is preferred.
• A professional phone presence and strong organizational skills are highly recommended.
