Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive legal research on complex insurance defense issues.

Draft and review legal documents, including motions, briefs, and memoranda.

Prepare detailed reports and summaries for clients and senior attorneys.

Handle discovery processes, including drafting interrogatories and requests for production.

Attend hearings and depositions as needed.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and paralegals.

Collaborate with other attorneys on case strategy and development.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law in Texas.

Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in Plaintiff Labor & Employment

Exceptional legal research and writing skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
