Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in Biomedical Informatics, Computer Science, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, or an MD with appropriate technical education and experience.
• Postdoctoral fellowship training in biomedical informatics is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of teaching experience at graduate or doctorate level.
• Research experience in biomedical informatics and AI technologies is required in data science, ML, AI, multivariate analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an extramurally funded research program and teach in the DPHS graduate programs.
• Contribute expertise to cores (e.g., machine learning analysis of health data, AI-assisted medical evidence synthesis).
• Engage in collaborations and dissemination of research findings at AMIA and related venues.
