Job summary

Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation in Oklahoma City seeks a Research Technician I/II/III for the Srinivasan Laboratory to study the development and disease mechanisms of lymphatic vessels and cardiovascular valves. <\/p>

Candidates will gain experience with genetically engineered mouse models, imaging, molecular biology, single-cell transcriptomics, and bioinformatics, with opportunities to publish and develop independent directions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a biological science or related field
• Ability and willingness to handle laboratory mice
• Proficiency with computers including MS Office
• Follow protocols and work with samples and chemicals precisely
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent oral and written communication

Responsibilities

• Study development and disease mechanisms of lymphatic vessels and cardiovascular valves.
• Work with mouse models, imaging, genomics, and computational analysis.
• Present findings at meetings and contribute to publications.
• Collaborate with the team and develop independent research ideas.
