The Gillanders Laboratory is seeking an organized and motivated individual to work primarily in the Biologic Therapy Core Facility (BTCF). The BTCF operates and maintains an FDA-registered modern cleanroom facility designed to manufacture custom biologics for early phase clinical trials, including cancer vaccines that are the focus of the Gillanders Laboratory. Successful candidates will work independently or as a member of a project team to support vaccine manufacture, as well as laboratory research studies, experiments, and assays.
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Certifications: No specific certifications required.
Work Experience: Up to one year in a laboratory setting preferred.
Skills: Cell Cultures, cGMP Guidelines, Laboratory Research, Data Recording, SOPs, etc.
Additional Notes: No driver’s license required.
The salary range is $16.92 - $26.44/hour, based on qualifications and performance. The position is full-time, entry-level, and in the research, analysis, and IT fields within higher education.
