The Farris Lab within the Arthritis & Clinical Immunology Research Program at Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation (OMRF) is seeking a Research Technician I, responsible for assisting with laboratory organization, parotid saliva collection from research volunteers, and the performance of research experiments and procedures according to standardized protocols. May also be trained in research mouse husbandry. Must have the ability to complete tasks after receiving instructions for each assignment. Collects and presents data to Principal Investigator and laboratory team members. Supports team to achieve goals. Expected to perform the following duties after appropriate training and time in the position:
Typically, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, however, may include work outside these hours or overtime due to experimental setups.
