Job description

Overview

The department of neurosurgery in the Jacobs School is actively recruiting for a laboratory technician. This individual will work closely with the Principal Investigator (PI) in the genomics of cerebrovascular disease. This role includes both research duties and clinical responsibilities involving patient samples.

Responsibilities
  • Data collection and entry
  • Assist the PI in report writing and graphical presentation of research
  • Manage laboratory samples

The individual will also be expected to work in a clinical setting with patient samples.

Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting

Salary Range

Salary Range $16.00 - 20.00 per hour
