• Strong relationship-building skills and experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
• Deep knowledge in experience research and consumer insights

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with KCS methodologies for content creation and management
• Strong demonstrated experience with Airtable
• Understanding of cross-functional product-driven organizations or digital agencies
