• Contribute to scientific literature, reports, journals, and presentations.
• Develop proposals and study plans with reviews by institutional/external bodies.
• Supervise routine laboratory study reporting and dissemination to collaborators.
• Present progress at weekly lab seminars and prepare data for grants/publications.
• Prepare summaries for meetings and publications and perform data analysis with advanced statistics.
• Mentor new lab members in techniques such as mouse handling and experimental design.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in lab documentation.
