Job Description Summary
She/he will be involved with research focused in Cancer research and T cell immunotherapy. She/he will perform advanced cellular and molecular biology techniques under the supervision of the lab manager and PI. She/he will work independently performing several techniques including cell culture, cell transfection, lentiviral particles preparation, flow cytometry, ELISA, molecular biology techniques, and animal models. Additional duties include maintaining the plasmid cell bank, lab supplies inventory, lab reagents ordering, and having experience with animal models including handling, treatment administration, tumor measurements, euthanasia, tissue harvesting and processing, blood collection, and in vivo imaging.
Job Responsibilities
Research Specialist A
She/he will assist with advanced cellular and molecular biology techniques under the supervision of the lab manager and PI. She/he will work under direction, performing several techniques including cell culture, cell transfection, lentiviral particles preparation, flow cytometry, ELISA, molecular biology techniques, and animal models.
