Job Description SummaryThe lab of Dr. Daniel Hashimoto is looking for a Part Time Research Specialist A. The Research Specialist A plans and conducts basic experiments to meet research project objectives, with close supervision. Assists in performing laboratory experiments and clinical studies for product or material formulation and development. Daily management of laboratory tools, documentation and processes to ensure regulatory compliance and timely completion of project/program deliverables.
This position is contingent upon continued grant funding.
Job Responsibilities:- Drive a research project (collect, analyze and interpret data, and present data at group meetings)
- Help in the general running of the lab, including: ordering, receiving items, and maintaining lab organization
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in computer science/engineering, electrical engineering, or related field, and 0 to 1 year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
