Qualifications

• Master's in CS, Engineering, Physics or Bioinformatics with strong scientific computing background.
• 3+ years in software development on large projects; AI/ML development is a plus.
• Experience modeling and applying ETL pipelines to complex data sets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a team of RSEs and scientists on AI/data science projects.
• Develop AI/ML solutions using modern libraries and hardware.
• Analyze massive data sets in cloud or on premises; build scalable pipelines.
• Create data models and software frameworks for reusable scientific infrastructure.
• Co-author publications and contribute to research software governance.
