This role focuses on building computational frameworks of human simulations that are (1) accurate and predictive of real-world behavior, judgements, and opinions, (2) representative of societal diversity, and (3) scalable: simulating individuals to large groups and societies. Key responsibilities include formulating metrics and validation methods, developing frameworks for multimodal environments, collaborating with product teams to drive research, and publishing high-impact research in top AI and social science venues.
