Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree with 5+ years of quantitative field research experience.
• Experience applying scientific principles to business problems and products.
• Experience analyzing both experimental and observational data sets.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting with SQL, Hive, SAS, R, Python.
• Knowledge of R, MATLAB, Python or similar scripting language.
• Experience with survey design and psychometric measurement.

Responsibilities

• Apply psychometric and survey methodology techniques to measure seller experience constructs.
• Design frameworks linking attitudinal data to behavioral outcomes.
• Conduct regression and driver analyses to identify what matters most to sellers.
• Use causal evaluation to estimate effects of policy changes and launches on seller experience.
• Build production-ready analytics pipelines and dashboards from raw survey data.
• Analyze open-ended responses using text classification and NLP techniques.
• Improve survey response rates and sampling methodologies.
• Operationalize research code into reproducible production pipelines.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
