Job summary

Advanced Group in Santa Monica, CA seeks a Research Scientist to support biomarker and translational research across clinical programs. You will help shape biomarker strategy, contribute to clinical pharmacology, and support translational studies for regulatory submissions and cross-functional development efforts.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in translational medicine or oncology, and ability to collaborate across Clinical Development, Regulatory, Biometrics, and Data

Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, MD, or related advanced scientific degree with 3+ years of industry experience; Master's with 5+ years; or Bachelor's with 7+ years.
• Experience in translational medicine, biomarkers, oncology, immunology, or related therapeutic areas.
• Experience supporting clinical development programs and regulatory submissions.
• Understanding of PK/PD principles, biomarker operations, and clinical research processes.
• Experience analyzing complex clinical, translational, or mechanistic datasets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

• Familiarity with bioanalytical assay development and validation.
• Experience supporting scientific publications and external collaborations.
