Responsibilities

• Mentor junior level scientists; train staff on equipment and techniques.
• Assist in planning and execution of research experiments within the lab's program.
• Support laboratory staff on research projects and perform statistical analysis.
• Maintain and train others in use of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in maintaining space and facilities for ongoing studies.
• Evaluate, analyze and interpret data; write reports and manuscripts.
• Coordinate with junior staff to modify research protocols.
• Present research at national meetings; prepare presentations and manuscripts.
