Job summary

Prior Labs GmbH is seeking researchers to join a small, selective team working on a new class of AI models. You will tackle challenging research problems, including scaling transformer-like architectures for tabular data, multimodal capabilities, and efficient production inference.

The role offers opportunities to publish, contribute to open-source projects, and collaborate with experts from top institutions. Occasional travel to Berlin/New York offices is possible, with remote options available.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a PhD in a relevant field or exceptional Master’s student.
• Deep experience with ML frameworks, especially PyTorch and scikit-learn.
• Strong Python programming skills and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with tabular data or time series for data science tasks.
• Publications in top venues or notable open-source contributions.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on on new AI model classes and research problems.
• Collaborate with a small, world-class team across offices.
• Contribute to production-ready inference methods and evaluations.
