We are seeking a Research Scientist (Biology) to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance model quality.

Qualifications include:

• Expertise in biology; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required. Related fields include Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science.

This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position with flexible scheduling. You can choose projects to work on, and projects are paid hourly starting at $40+ USD, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex biology problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the correctness and performance of AI models.

Qualifications:

• Masters and/or PhD in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Attention to detail.
