Job description

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a leading global law firm with offices across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking a Research Resources & Access Coordinator.

The Coordinator will report to the Research Resources & Access Supervisor and will support the Research Resources team in managing digital resources, password management, cost recovery, usage statistics, subscription support, troubleshooting, and technical workflows for Research Services staff across all offices.

This role may be based in most U.S. offices and offers a hybrid work schedule. Hours may vary to support US time zones and offices.

Responsibilities:
  1. Fulfill database password requests following licensing restrictions.
  2. Maintain accurate user lists for digital databases and newsletters.
  3. Update systems and credentials for staff onboarding and offboarding.
  4. Collaborate with teams to document workflows and protocols.
  5. Assist with troubleshooting digital resources and systems.
  6. Support tasks related to cost recovery, budgeting, and expenses.
  7. Assist Resource Acquisition, Access, and Systems teams in research resource utilization.
  8. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience with online resources, information systems, or library settings preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, OneNote, Teams, and Outlook; SharePoint is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of IP authentication and basic networking protocols.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Experience with Integrated Library Systems (e.g., OPACs, Innovative Interfaces, TRG Quest) is a plus.
  • Service-oriented with the ability to work independently and in teams.
