Job summary

ØRBIT is actively seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to drive participant enrollment for our clinical studies, including healthy volunteers and individuals with mental health conditions. You’ll help build and run the lead funnel, sourcing and converting candidates through social and digital channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

We operate with a dedicated team focused on integrity and impact, and we value motivation and growth. Expect a 5-day workweek with a salary range of 70,000–85,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Vet incoming candidates against protocol criteria, confirming eligibility, compliance, and overall fit
• Run the booking calendar and lab capacity so the site operates smoothly and at full utilization
• Map referral sources: hospitals, clinics, community organizations
• Keep in touch with enrolled participants from intake through study completion, answering questions, building trust, and ensuring retention
