Job summary

Boston Medical Center seeks a Research Project Manager to lead the We-RISE VP Study, a NIH-funded qualitative project with women who use drugs and HIV risk. The role oversees multiple projects, develops study protocols, monitors budgets, and coordinates contracts with research staff and vendors.

The RPM collaborates with principal investigators, staff, and community partners, ensuring HIPAA compliance and high-quality study deliverables. A Master’s degree and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field (may consider candidates with Bachelor’s degree who have at least 6 years directly related research and/or clinical experience).
• Experience in project management, budgeting, planning, execution, and reporting is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research project management lifecycle from initiation to implementation.
• Manage research team timelines and deliverables; communicate requirements to stakeholders.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protocol adherence; assist with manuscripts and grant applications.
