Job summary

The Health Behaviors Lab at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY seeks a Project Manager to coordinate multiple health behavior research projects. You will work under the HBL Director to manage day-to-day activities, timelines, deliverables, and communications with community partners and researchers.

Responsibilities include developing study materials, data collection and management, IRB submissions, and contributing to manuscripts and grant applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least one year of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience supporting research projects with data collection, management, or analysis.
• Strong organization and deadline-driven records management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, timelines and deliverables.
• Communicate with community partners and research participants.
• Organize and delegate tasks to undergraduate and graduate researchers.
• Support development of study materials, data collection and analysis.
• Prepare manuscripts, abstracts, presentations, and reports.
• Coordinate IRB submissions and ensure compliance.
• Support grant applications and research proposals.
• Collaborate with researchers and stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.
