Qualifications

• Experience managing NIH grants (pre/post award) and RPPR reporting.
• Experience in qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-methods research.
• Strong writing and communication abilities; excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of NIH-funded projects and ensure milestones.
• Coordinate research assistants and study staff for protocol compliance.
• Develop and write study protocols; assist in grant writing.
• Support community-engaged research and lab communications.
• Train and mentor junior staff and students.
• Prepare quarterly and yearly project reports.
